You must fill out the membership form to join the Applied Mineral Balancing Institute, which is free. Membership grants you access to receive pattern reports and consultations when you purchase those services.
You may submit the Initial General Information Sheet or Retest Information Sheet to provide more in depth information regarding symptoms and specific health needs. Practitioner Eileen Durfee will use this information to better customize recommendations. Hair Analysis programs will be developed by Practitioner Eileen Durfee utilizing your lab test results.
