Free shipping for all USA supplement, equipment and media orders.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Free shipping is available to customers in the Continental United States. U.S. orders over $100 are automatically upgraded to priority mail, unless it is a Sauna or larger item, then we will ship it via Fedex ground.
ORDER PROCESSING - Generally orders placed on Monday through Friday by 1 PM Pacific Time are bagged and a shipping label is printed, then on the next business day the package is picked up by the shipping carrier.
INVENTORY - We receive inventory shipments on a weekly basis and do everything we can to keep adequate inventory levels on hand to fulfill orders placed before the M-F 1 PM cutoff. Occasionally shipments are disrupted due to weather conditions beyond our control, or seasonal holidays. If your order is affected for more than 48 hours we will send you an order message about the delay.
Damaged, Missing and Non-Working Items
Claims for items damaged and missing or received in a non-working order must be made within 14 days of your package delivery to qualify for shipping insurance coverage. You must submit pictures of the packaging and damage to the items when making us aware of the problem, and keep all the original packaging and item until we notify you with further instructions. Then we will submit a claim and require you to sign a claim form. Any failure in meeting these requirements will cause a denial of the shipping insurance claim, and as the Seller we will not be responsible for the cost of replacement.

Satisfaction and Returns Policy
We want to make sure that our customers have the very best experience shopping online with us. We only sell what we believe to be the best products for balancing body chemistry and detoxifying heavy metals from your system. We are about health, healing and wellness for the whole body, mind and spirit. Consequently we only stock the freshest and best natural products available which helps us naturally meet our customer expectations.
Please note that regarding all supplements: 1) Your results may vary from what is listed 2) Our statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration 3) Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
At Wellness Shopping Online we will do everything in our power to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase from us. If the item or items have not been used or opened you are eligible for the return. If for any reason you are not happy with the items ordered, you can return unused items within 30 days of purchase for store credit, exchange, or a refund less shipping and $5 handling fees incurred by us. As a small business we don't offer the try it to see if you like it return policy, since we aren't in the business of selling used returned items.
EXCEPTION: No refunds will be issued for Hair Analysis laboratory testing, or on supplements that have been discontinued by the manufacturer.
If you received something you didn't order or a defective item you will be issued a full refund if you make your request within 30 days of the order date. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If your item is not defective or doesn't have a problem as a result of our error then the return is subject to handling, shipping and restocking fees.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
You should expect to receive your refund within six weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
USA Refused Shipments
If your order is returned to us because you refused the shipment, you will be charged a Restocking Fee to cover our costs. The Restocking Fee will not exceed our actual cost of shipping and a $5 processing fee to restock your order.
International Returns or Order Cancellations
If your order has already shipped and you try to cancel your order and want to ship it back to us for a refund additional charges apply. Because International shipping costs are quite expensive we must charge a "Restocking Fee" large enough to cover our actual expenses. So even though some banking transactions entitle you to a refund of the full purchase price including shipping charges paid, your refund will be subject to a "Restocking Fee". The Restocking Fee shall not exceed acutal shipping and packaging costs, and the $5 processing fee.
WARNING: Your Country may assess VAT fees that must be paid prior to the delivery of your order.
Please track your package to determine the expected time of delivery and contact the local authorities if they have not contacted you, so you can take delivery of your order. In the event your package is unclaimed and returned to us you will only receive a partial refund, due to our shipping costs, handling and 20% restocking fees.
There is no longer a handling fee. We used to charge $5 handling for every order and handed out a coupon code to eliminate this fee. That coupon code no longer works because we have removed the handling fee altogether.
